For over 15 years, Coach Kaitlyn Moore has helped athletes break through mental barriers, build unshakable confidence, and prepare for success at the next level. A former college cheerleader turned college coach, Kaitlyn brings a rare combination of experience, insight, and heart — helping athletes not only perform with excellence, but lead with purpose.

Coach Kaitlyn has led countless athletes to national titles and guided hundreds more through the challenges of fear, overthinking, and performance pressure. Her background in sports psychology allows her to help athletes rewire their mindset — shifting from self-doubt to focus, from anxiety to confidence. She’s known for reminding her athletes that the strongest muscle in the body is the mind — and when it’s trained well, it changes everything.

In 2018, Coach Kaitlyn launched the first mission-based cheerleading gym in Guatemala, combining her love for sports and service to empower athletes through confidence, character, and community. That experience deepened her belief that athletics can be a calling — and that mindset and faith are the keys to unlocking potential both in and beyond the game.

As a Mental Performance Specialist, Coach Kaitlyn helps athletes overcome fear, perfectionism, and performance pressure by building the tools to think clearer, compete freer, and lead stronger. Her approach is grounded in mental toughness, personal growth, and purpose — helping athletes perform not just for recognition, but from a place of genuine belief in who they are.

Through Prime Access Athletics, Coach Kaitlyn combines her college coaching experience, recruiting expertise, and wide network of college connections to help athletes take ownership of their future. She believes that college opportunities shouldn’t be reserved for the elite 1% — but that hard-working, coachable athletes who are willing to prepare, present, and persist absolutely deserve the chance to earn scholarships and get noticed.

Her mission is simple: to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. Through personalized recruiting profiles, athlete evaluations, and 1-on-1 mindset sessions, Coach Kaitlyn equips athletes with the strategy, confidence, and clarity to stand out to college coaches — mentally and athletically.

Kaitlyn Moore has spent the last 15 years coaching and mentoring athletes with excellence and heart. A former college cheerleader herself, she has coached countless athletes to national titles, and in 2018, launched the first fully equipped cheerleading gym in Guatemala as a mission-based project. She currently serves as the Head Cheer Coach at a university and is the All Star Director at one of the highest-rated gyms in Mississippi. With a background in sports psychology and a passion for helping athletes overcome mental blocks and perform with confidence, Kaitlyn is committed to preparing athletes to thrive—mentally, emotionally, and athletically. Her extensive recruiting knowledge, college coaching experience, and wide network of connections make her an invaluable resource for athletes pursuing the next level.

Lee Moore’s story is one of redemption, grit, and purpose. Raised in a difficult environment and shaped by the streets, Lee gave his life to Jesus while incarcerated in 2009—and made a decision to build a better future. Since then, he’s earned a business degree, launched multiple small businesses, and remained committed to his faith, his family, and his church. Lee brings his passion for sports, entrepreneurial mindset, and lived experience to Prime Access Athletics—helping athletes develop the mental toughness, discipline, and drive it takes to reach the next level.

Together, Lee and Kaitlyn combine business savvy, athletic insight, and unwavering faith to empower student-athletes through every step of their journey—on the field, in the gym, and beyond.
